At Exploring Womanhood Foundation, we empower women to become leaders in their communities by providing education, skill development, and advocacy for gender equality. Our programs are designed to foster economic independence, self-confidence, and social impact.

"Van Durga" Awards

Awards to celebrate and motivate women rangers for their exceptional performance in conservation, including a special award for the "Spouse of Ranger". Recognizing excellence in protection, conservation, eco-tourism. Highlighting the role of ranger families.

Self-Defense & Workplace Safety Workshops

Conducting workshops on self-defense techniques and legal provisions against sexual harassment and violence at the workplace for women rangers. Building physical and mental resilience. Ensuring a safer working environment.

Technical Inputs & Capacity Building

Providing essential technical inputs like rescue tools, field guides, and technical books to women rangers to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Workshops on bird identification and snake rescue. Promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement.

IMPACT

Our programs have empowered 150+ women rangers, increasing their visibility on international platforms like IUCN WCPA. The "Van Durga" award has boosted morale, leading to a 20% increase in women applying for ranger roles in Pench Tiger Reserve.
